In this short study of one of the neglected books of the Bible, we see Paul at his pragmatic best.  For those who separate things spiritual into "high" and "low", this book presents an opposite view.  For though Paul is dealing with the practical questions of church administration, those questions bear upon the very life of the church.  Titus faces a severe test:  he is a young man, appointed over those older - and some of those older men are corrupting the church.  Paul's practical advice touches upon the ordinary as it reveals the soaring grace of God.
