This series of lessons is one of the "unified curriculum" studies at Eastside Christian Church.  The original lessons are formatted quite differently;  you may inquire for copies of the original at www.eastside.com. 

The theme, "Outside The Gates", is taken from the story of Lazarus and the rich man (see Luke 19.) The object of the series is to grow Christians who are more compassionate to the "invisible people," as my father called them.  These are the less fortunate of our world whom we choose not to see; or, as Christ would put it, "the least of these."  Thus we hope the series will open some eyes.
